CORONA VIRUS UPDATE FOR OUR CLIENTS

We hope you are well and keeping safe at this time. According to the government guideline we are due to re open on the 12th April 2021, however this is subject to change. Please note that if your appointment has been booked for any time after this and there is a change in the guidelines, your appointment will be rescheduled accordingly.

Visiting our studio

1. Prior to your appointment you will be sent out a COVID form to be completed within 24 hours of your appointment. 

​

2. For your safety and to maintain strict social distancing guidelines we ask that you attend your appointment as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up earlier as this may mean that you come into contact with clients that are leaving. 

​

3. Please arrive at your appointment alone and with no guests. Extra visitors will not be permitted at the studio. 

​

4. You will have access to soap, hot water and hand sanitiser. We ask that you use these on entry into the studio. 

​

5. We kindly ask that you wear your mask during your appointment. 

​

6. Consultations will continue to be carried out online and patch tests will be send out through the post. 

​

7. In order to avoid handling of cash we ask that you pay for your treatment via bank transfer or POS. 

​
