APPOINTMENTS 

Appointments can be made online, via telephone or email. We do not accept appointments made through social media.

For all PERMANENT MAKE UP a £50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.  

For all other lash & brow services a £15 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & "NO SHOWS"

We strive to accommodate every client as much as possible, however we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for any change/cancellation of your appointment.

• If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. If shorter notice is given you will be charge a 50% 'no show' fee which is automatically charged via our system. 

 

"No Show" clients will be asked to pre pay or pay a deposit towards their next visit when booking future appointments.

 

CONSULTATIONS

We offer free online consultations for clients who wish to know more about their service. We are willing to address any questions you may have. You can email info@sobrows.co.uk to request a consultation.

PATCH TESTS

Patch tests are recommended for permanent make up. All patch tests are sent out via post and should be taken at least 48 hours before treatment day. In an instance when patch tests can not be done before the appointment, we can do a patch test on the day of the appointment, 30 mins before the treatment.

Patch tests for all eyelash services are recommended 48 hours before treatment day.

LATE ARRIVALS 

All services have a scheduled length of time and are designed for clients to get the most out of their treatment. We try to accommodate late arrivals however if you are over 15 mins late for your appointment we may not be able to carry out your service and will be charged.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be given for services rendered or products that have been purchased and paid for.

TOUCH UPS 

Permanent Make up is a two part treatment. The second top up session is essential and we typically book this immediately after your first session. Touch ups are included in the price if done within 6-8 weeks of the initial treatment. If your touch up exceeds this time you may be charged a touch up fee.
